As a board-certified psychiatrist, I offer both pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy in-person in Westchester and virtually in New York State.

I received my medical degree from the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed internship and residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

I subsequently worked at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in downtown Manhattan, where I provided psychiatric care in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to the local community regardless of individuals’ ability to pay. I have taught medical students and supervised a resident elective in culturally competent care at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine.

I have received psychoanalytic training and supervision from the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, where I graduated as a scholar in 2021. I have also completed additional coursework and training in cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy.

I am proud to offer a culturally-sensitive, open-minded approach to treatment, as I understand that it can be difficult to approach mental health care for many individuals.
